This comment Letter was submitted on February 13, 2012 to the CFTC's Volcker Rule email box, prior to publication of the CFTC's proposed rule in the Federal Register. The comment was filed concurrently in the dockets of the banking regulators and the SEC in response to their request for comment on proposed rules implementing the "Volcker Rule."
