Dear Sir/Madam
When I began to read you proposal my first though was "and about time
too" - cleaning up the rules that allows so many individuals to be
robbed by unscrupulous forex brokers.
I thought that at last there would be somewhere in the world I could
trade safely - with all the protections that would come from investing
in a well regulated US market.
Then you took it all away.
Question, Who in heavens name would (could) be expected to earn an
income with 10:1 leverage? Answer - only the very wealthy
OK, these 200 ¯ 1 and worse leverages are there just to target the
gamblers of the world.
But 10 ¯ 1, come on!
You have just lost the opportunity to encourage the majority of world
Forex investment into the USA - You will, I fear, precipitate the opposite.
What a shame - a real lost opportunity.
