I would like to comment on the proposed regulations regarding retail FOREX transactions.
While I believe that broker regulation is very much overdue, a leverage limit of 10 to i will surely
encourage thousands of traders to leave the US banking system.
On a personal level (and I am sure thousands of fellow traders would agree) I would be happy to trade at 50 to
1; this seems an obvious and sensible level.
