Although I agree with some regulation of financial markets, the proposal to limit
Leverage to 10/1 is ridiculous. This wi[[ make it almost impossible for small
traders like myself to continue trading without huge amounts of capita[ which we
do not have. 100/1 or possibly 50/1 is a far more realistic target.
