ALthough I agree with some regulation of financial markets, the proposal to Limit
Leverage to 10/1 is ridiculous. This wiLL make it almost impossible for smaLL
traders Like myself to continue trading without huge amounts of capital which we
do not have. 100/~ or possibly 50/~ is a far more realistic target.
