Dear Sirs
As a professional financial analyst and trader I think your proposal to reduce leverage to 10:1 is a very
bad idea.
It will seriously impact many traders and will likely force many traders to move off shore. This will take
money away from US companies and hurt related businesses in software, consulting, web design and
advisory.
This will do nothing to reign in the large institutions and just give them more of an unfair advantage
