In Regards to the Regulation of Retail Forex
I believe the implementation of this proposal will not have the desired effect and thereby these agencies will fail
in their basic mission.
Traders will simply open an account with foreign brokerages and close the American brokered accounts that
they currently enjoy with the protection of the current regulations.
