4x Regulation Proposal
Dear Mr. Secretary,
I am very concerned that the proposal under review to lower 4X leverage to 10:1 would all but make the low level
foreign exchange trades I make all but impossible for me and all small traders.
It would seem that my Broker(s) would not be able to compete against foreign brokers forcing minor traders like
me to use less reliable and less safe foreign brokers.
I hope you will drop the leverage reduction from this otherwise sound new regulations.
