Regulation of Retail Forex
Dear Secretary,
RE: RIN 3038-AC61
This message is to let you know I strongly oppose the proposed regulation pertaining retail forex, specially the
point related to leverage. I am a beginner in this field and this would potentially kill my initiative. Although I
believe in government regulation, this particular piece of policy will mostly benefit big investors and not us. We,
I believe, already did our part when we unwillingly rescued them with our taxes. What else are we going to give
them? Crafting policy that consequently removes the small investor from the market will only lead to big
investor getting their way again.
