Re: Precious Metals Position Limits
Dear Secretary of the Commission:
I am an active trader of precious metals on Comex. As such it would be of great benefit to see
position limits enacted for precious metals, especially silver. This would assist level the playing
field and end the manipulative control of the large concentrated short position by one or two
entities in the 4 or less category. This concentration is clearly visible in your commitment of
traders and back participation report. Please restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits
to legitimate hedgers.
