There is no reason for the ridiculously high short positions by the "paper bullion banks". The only
logical explanation is manipulation (fraud). In fact you were given direct evidence bya whistle
blower trader, what more evidence do you need! After listening to your entire hearing, I heard no
good explanation for the high short positions. Please REGULATE now! Limit short positions.
