Dear Sir;
Thank for the opportunity to comment on the very important issue of market position limits for
precious metals. Please ensure a fair market by establishing a speculative position limit in
COMEX silver of no more than 1000 contracts. Please restrict any hedging exemptions from
those limits to legitimate hedgers. Please help put a stop to the levels of concentration in
COMEX silver futures which have been experienced over the last several years on the short
side of the market resulting in downward price manipulation.
