Metals Hearing
Precious metals Limits issues now in front of the CFTC
Dear CFTC Secretary,
I would like to comment on the
issue of position limits for
precious metals and to make
these suggestions towards
making a vital improvement for
the markets and in the interest
of the American public.
Please restrict any
hedging exemptions
from those limits to
legitimate hedgers
Please stop the levels
of concentration in
COMEX silver futures
that have been
experienced
over the past few years
on the short side of the
market.
Thank you for the public
hearings in the past and please
continue to maintain an open,
clean and level playing field.
