position limits
Dear Sir,
I wish to make a comment regarding the matter of precious metals
position limits. I believe you should establish a speculative
position limit not exceeding 1500 contracts for Comex silver. Any
hedging exemptions from those limits should be restricted to
legitimate hedgers. Please ensure that the high levels of
concentration in Comex silver futures that have been occurring in
recent years on the short side of the market are stopped. Thank you
for allowing me the opportunity to comment on this important matter.
