Proposed Federal Speculative Position
Dear Sir;
I would like to comment on the issue of position limits for precious metals. This is an important concern. Please
consider the establishment of a speculative position LIMIT in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts. And,
restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits as well to legitimate hedgers. There should be a stop on levels
of concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been experienced over the past few years (on the short side
of the market).
We need improved integrity in the marketplace. Your professional assistance in this regard will be appreciated.
