position limits on silver
Dear Sir,
I appreciate the opportunity to voice my opinion on position limits for precious metals...especially silver.
I believe that speculative position limits for silver on the COMEX should be no more than 1500 contracts.
Further, I do not think that this limit should apply to legitimate hedgers.
