ref: Proposed Federal Speculative Position
Dear Sir:
I appreciate the opportunity to express my views on the issue of position limits for gold and silver
commodity contracts. Specifically, please consider establishing a speculative position limit in COMEX
silver of no more than 2000 contracts. Also, please restrict any hedging exemptions from this limit to
legitimate hedgers. Please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been
experienced over the past few years on the short side of the market.
