Precious metals position limits
Dear Sir;
I have been a market participant in precious metals for 20 years; it is obvious that the price of both gold and silver
are being manipulated by JP Morgan and HSBC, among others. This can be remedied by establishing strict
position limits for both metals of no more than 1500 contracts along with restricting hedging exemptions from
those limits to legitimate hedgers.
