    Regulation of Retail Forex
    Re: RIN 3038-AC61
    Dear Sir,
Iama retail FXtrader, with a relatively small account. Idepend on FXtrading to supplement my
income and I work hard to do it as well as Ican. I'm not always successful, but at least I have the
freedom to trade. Freedom to trade.
What are you trying to do with this proposed regulation? It appears you're doing your best to
eliminate small traders by drastically increasing the margin requirements.
This proposed change would seem to go against Freedom. It will certainly end my ability to trade,
as it will thousands of people just like me. Why would you do that, except to cater to certain
    special interests?
Iaskyou to consider what you are doing, and search your hearts why. Every retail FX brokerI
have checked with is against this proposal. It will hurt them as it will hurt us. Why do that?
Thank you for considering my opinion. Please do what is right for we, individual investors, who will
be shut out of the FX market because of this excessively punitive rule change.
