NQLX LLC Futures Exchange - Request to Vacate: NQLX seeks vacation from its order of designation On June 16, 2010, NYSE Euronext, the ultimate parent of NQLX requested that the status of NQLX as a designated contract market be vacated and set aside by the CFTC.
