On June 27, 2024, a
meeting was held with representatives of ISDA, CIBC, BNP, DB, and JPM concerning
the Real-Time Public Reporting Requirements and Swap Data Recordkeeping and
Reporting Requirements NPRM (88 FR 90046). The meeting focused on a discussion
of the potential designation of UPI for swaps in the other commodity asset
class, the corresponding potential dissemination requirements per the proposed
amendments to 17 CFR 43.4(c), and potential alternatives.
