On February 15, 2024, a meeting was held with
DDR and ITV concerning the Real-Time Public Reporting Requirements and Swap
Data Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements NPRM (88 FR 90046). The
discussion included potential implementation of the proposed modifications. The
discussion also included the potential designation of UPI for swaps in the
other commodity asset class and the proposed data elements in the NPRM
