On February 26, 2020, CFTC staff met with representatives of
CME. The meeting lasted for approximately 30 minutes. It focused on electronic
trading risks, including DCM identification of market participant operational
risk, corresponding DCM rules and procedures, and notice to the CFTC of
disruptive events.
