On December 19, 2019, CFTC staff held a conference
call with representatives from ICE. The meeting
lasted approximately one hour. It focused
on proposed rules set forth in the supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking for
Regulation AT applicable to designated contract markets, including structure of
the risk control framework and oversight of automated or electronic trading.
