    Additional Information:

    On December 4, 2018, CFTC Chief of Staff Michael Gill and DMO Director Amir Zaidi met in person with several SEF chief  and representatives from the National Futures Associations at a joint SEF COO meeting in New York NY.  Several participants joined the meeting via call-in in Chicago; other CFTC staff also participated via call-in Washington, DC.  The meeting focused on the proposed rules set forth in the notice of proposed rulemaking for swap execution facilities and the trade execution requirement.
