CFTC Proposed Regulations
In reponse to the proposed regulations, I am certainly distressed. You will be taking away my
livelihood. You will also be taking away our constitutional right to make our own
decisions...good or bad. For me personally, trading the currency market has been a
Godsend ..... because of some current health issues it would be very difficult for me to travel to
a job ..... even if I could find one by the way. I would imagine this is true for many traders out
there. Instead of restricting those of us who use our head and use proper money
management .... why don't you go after the sleazebags who market all the scams? And again,
those folks who believed the hype and didn't bother to understand leverage .... frankly deserve
what they got. But it seems that, yet again, the responsible citizens of this country are having
to suffer the consequences of the idiots.
Having said all that, I suspect "protecting" folks from huge losses is not the real reason you
want to get rid of retail traders .... there's a bottom line somewhere that's being affected.
I've tried to keep my response as courteous as I can, but it's tough. THERE MUST BE
ANOTHER WAY TO ACHIEVE WHATEVER RESULTS YOU OR THE BANKS WANT .....
PLEASE TRY AND COME UP WITH AN ALTERNATIVE.
