    Regulation of Retail Forex
    To Whom it may concern,
My name is Denise Cerniglia and I trade the forex market.
I would like to go on record stating that I against your proposal
to reduce the leverage the we currently have in this market.
I trade with money I can afford to lose and I ALWAYS trade
with a stop loss in place thereby limiting my losses. I fully understand
leverage and my broker (MB Trading) made sure when I opened
my account that I was aware of the risks involved.
I do not want the government to baby-sit my trading, I am an intelligent
adult and taxpayer for many, many years. The people that I know
who trade the forex market are also very aware and knowledgeable
    about leverage.
If you want to protect people going into the forex market as a way to "get
    rich quick"
trust me they will find another way.
I would appreciate your consideration and I would hope that the US
    Government
would not interfere with my trading.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
    Respectfully,
    Denise Cerniglia
