comments on proposed rule for speculation Energy Markets
You should impose a much strickter rule then this, Who is this giong to stop, maybe goldman sachs, and
they will find loopholes in the system. The only way to stop speculation is to remove it or instead of 3
cents on the dollar how about 50 cents for betting a trade, and take physical possesion of the oil is a
good start. I am tired of being robbed of my hard earned money by these stock market traders.
