Proposed CFTC Leverage Change
Dear Sir or Madam:
I would truly appreciate it if you would leave the Maximum Leverage under Current Regulations for
foreign exchange trading untouched. By raising the leverage requirement you will in effect be saying to
the little guy, "Get out of the way and let the Big Boys play" and that is very unfair and undemocratic. I,
like all my fellow small time traders, are very aware of the risks attendant to forex trading and we
structure our trades accordingly. We are adults and we know what we are doing. This is a very fun
hobby for me and I would like to enjoy it for years to come. Please don't shut me out. Please
reconsider and leave well enough alone.
