I suggest you read nlilton freidln an's book free to choose, ple~e stop interfering with all individual's right to choose the ~lount of leverage ml individual nlay put to risk. Ifi want 100 to one leverage, it is nly right to
risk it. I say no to lowering leverage to 10 to 1.
