Regulation of Retail Forex
To Whom It May Concern:
I am a retail Forex trader for over two years now and I have seen many rule changes. This proposed rule change
I my opinion would hurt us and US Forex brokers. Forex brokers would go out of business and jobs would be
lost. This could also force us to open accounts in other counties to just to trade. To fight fraud and protect the
consumer could be done better by making stronger guidelines and controls to become a Forex broker.
Please don't pass this rule.
Thank you,
John L. Marchesani
