"Regulation of Retail Forex"
I am expressing my discontent with regards to the proposed regulation of the forex retail
market, specifically the 10:1 leverage. I believe it unfairly targets the average small
consumer who rely on larger leverage in order to be able to trade effectively. For many of
us it is how we make our living so we will in essence be left out of the market and this law
would unfairly restrict our trade. Please reconsider this provision because you are hurting
the very ones you seek to protect
