As the sole beneficiary under a valid self-proving will, my rights are unequivocally established and protected under Washington State law. The self-proving will, in accordance with RCW 11.12.200–220, ensures my entitlement to the estate is recognized without the need for additional witness testimony, safeguarding my interests against any contestation.
I must assert that any previous motions or actions taken under a revoked power of attorney are null and void. Under RCW 11.14.010 and RCW 11.14.090, the revocation of a POA effectively removes any authority previously granted, rendering any subsequent actions unauthorized and unlawful.
Washington State provides several remedies to address and correct any unauthorized actions or misconduct. Under RCW 11.84, I can seek the surcharge and removal of any personal representative acting in bad faith or beyond their authority. Additionally, RCW 11.96.020 allows for contests and judicial oversight to ensure the proper administration of the estate.
Furthermore, I am entitled to seek injunctive relief and damages for any unauthorized actions taken under a revoked POA, ensuring that my rights as the sole beneficiary are upheld. I am writing to urgently address the ongoing manipulation and abusive actions by certain peace officers, which have been excessively aggressive and seemingly intended to instill fear. I am the legal taxpayer for five parcels at the end of Quartermaster Harbor, and my rights to these properties have been unjustly targeted. Law enforcement has allegedly placed unauthorized software on my phone and attempted to launder assets from my inheritance. I have been arrested multiple times from my property ( No Charges Ever Filed), despite having proof of my rights, my homes were removed by King County Parks in an act of theft by demolition. There was a temporary Protection Order i attempted to place on Greg Raybourn. The judge denied my motion and two days later my homes were destroyed.
These actions have not only violated my rights but have also left me in fear for my life. I seek immediate relief and protection under Washington State law to restore my rights and ensure justice is served. My accounts have been accessed without my consent.
