one thing to note is the public does not have access to swaps
ask yourself why a highly monetized party has means of trading unavailable to its counterparty
its a scam
swaps just allow the shuffling of risk through an obscure system aimed at recievi g government bailout
if i made a losing bet and wrapped it up with other bets rated it myself and said by this its totally worth it to my very own government i would be put in jail for fraud
