According to the recommendation on the CFTC website, if we want to apply for a DCM form at the CFTC, we need to download the DCM related form, fill it out offline,
and then submit it by email (must file form DCM electronically with the Secretary of the Commission at) [email protected] , and with the Division of Market Oversight at [email protected] ）Is it correct?
Do I need to submit both emails or choose one of them?
