PredictIt provides an important service for prediction market futures in tracking elections and wisdom-of-the-crowd better than any poll ever can. There is a financial incentive to vote/predict according to your actual beliefs and this financial component is small enough not to require regulation. No one is getting rich or going broke on this site that simply tracks election predictions while strongly filtering out troll/fake votes via the financial component.
