In the age of sports betting, I'm shocked that there would even be a consideration of stopping prediction markets like predictit.org. Everyone buys shares at their own risk, and the data is used by the university that runs Predictit.
The stock market is just a way to gamble on the economy and the performance of various companies. Sports betting is gambling on how well someone throws or hits a ball. Surely, bets on the outcome of an election should be treated no differently. Please allow prediction markets to continue to operate. They are both educational and entertaining for those who choose to participate.
