Dear CFTC,
The CFTC's proposal to ban election contracts is a clear case of regulatory overreach. These markets provide valuable economic functions and enhance political transparency.
I urge the Commission to vote against this unnecessary ban and instead work with industry stakeholders to better understand the benefits of these markets.
