As a concerned citizen, I implore the CFTC to reject the proposed ban on election contracts. These markets have consistently outperformed traditional polls in forecasting accuracy, contributing significantly to public understanding of electoral dynamics. Banning them would be a step backward for transparency in our democratic process. Please vote no on this ill-conceived proposal.
