If the CFTC is going to move forward with this rule, you must make it clear to the public why. There is no data to back up this rule. Typically, regulation is done to protect consumers, but this is not protection. This is the opposite of protection. You are only pushing activity to offshore, illegal and very unsafe platforms. What is the goal of this proposal? Please provide real DATA and FACTS so we can understand this.
