These markets would be pivotal in navigating political risk and steering clear investment strategies. A prolonged period for public input could yield a richer understanding of these advantages. Interactions with financial expertise and stakeholders associated with these markets could surface practical uses, like devising hedges against political unpredictability. Regulatory choices should be informed by a comprehensive understanding of such markets to support a stable and confident investment environment. This rulemaking is not that.
