The regulated environment proposed by good actors in the space like Kalshi and Predictit ensures that markets remain transparent and fair. By enabling more participants to access these tools, society as a whole becomes better equipped to navigate political risk. Innovation in financial markets should be encouraged, especially when it promises to provide substantial societal benefits. Vote no on the proposed rule.
