Election prediction markets serve as an important check on traditional polling methods. They offer an alternative perspective that can highlight potential polling errors or biases. Eliminating these markets would remove a crucial tool for ensuring the accuracy of our electoral forecasts. Please reconsider the rulemaking -- allow these markets to prosper and allow the court to decide in the case of Kalshi and PI.
