I am writing to inform you I am very strongly against this proposed rule.
The data generated by election prediction markets is a valuable resource for academic research. Banning these markets would hinder our understanding of voter behavior and electoral dynamics. I urge you to consider the needs of the research community and find a way to keep these markets operational under proper regulation.
