This rule is wrong, concerning and inappropriate. The transparency provided by election prediction markets is invaluable to economists, journalists, and policymakers. These markets offer real-time data on voter sentiment and likely outcomes. Please consider the loss of this resource before implementing a ban. Regulation, not prohibition, is the answer. America is a place where innovation should prosper, responsibly and legally, not be stifled for political reasons.
