How rich it is that the CFTC asked the public for answers to questions but has failed to answer any questions about why they proposed this rule??
CFTC, I challenge YOU to answer the simple question of why you are proposing this rule without using platitudes about "protecting" elections and democracy and customers. We know that is not what this is about.
If it was about protection you would have let the good guys flourish while going after the illegal actors. You are doing the exact opposite.
