    Dear CFTC,

As an incoming full-time analyst at a wealth management firm in the heart of New York City, I rely heavily on the insights provided by Kalshi's economic markets. These insights have been invaluable to me since I was an intern last summer at the same firm. They allowed me to deliver more detailed, timely, and strategic advice to my boss which was then passed on to our clients, ensuring they can navigate their investments and manage risks with greater precision. For instance, I recently used data from Kalshi to predict market reactions to an unexpected interest rate hike, which helped our clients adjust their portfolios accordingly.

The introduction of election contracts would be a game-changer for my upcoming work. Elections have a profound impact on economic events, from changes in fiscal policy to fluctuations in market stability and shifts in regulatory landscapes. Being able to leverage election-related data would enhance my ability to forecast these events accurately and provide even more robust recommendations to our clients. This, in turn, would enable us to stay ahead of market trends and respond swiftly to the ever-evolving economic environment. Thank you for considering my comment and reading up to this point.

    Sincerely,

    Mikey
