The CFTC should continue to allow limited election markets like PredictIt.org to operate. These markets are small enough on an individual trader level that there is very little consumer risk. Wagering on the outcome of political elections is enjoyable and educational, both to the consumer and to third parties who can use the information to better understand how electoral politics work.
