As with other competitive endeavors, the differences lie in the history and knowledge of the participants. Challenging each other over that knowledge is a measured risk, accompanied by a wager identified through self knowledge as well as competitor evaluation. Limits on this competition should be limited to capable challengers, and reasonable, non-windfall wagers.
