I strongly and unreservedly reject the notion that predictions on election outcomes, e.g., "Predict It", is gaming or anything for which you have any authority for.
I therefore reject the proposed CFTC rule that would outlaw election predictions. Leave it alone. Leave "Predict It" alone.
Predict It is an interesting way of the public harmlessly expressing its collective predictive assessment of the state of future outcomes. The wisdom of a large number of individuals, which i surmise is more accurate than current opinion polls and extremely more accurate than news media pundits.
